Hello, I forgot my icloud.com's password, what is the option to get new password ?

My icloud.com's password was blocked for security reason. When I was suppose to recover it I forgot my date of birth(random posted) as there was asking as a securities question. Now How I can recover my icloud's password? Is there anythings to do? My phone needs icloud access to unlock so please help me
