What happened to the Iowan Old Style font in Pages?

Hello! I opened up Pages today to write a short story. I was going to use my favorite font, Iowan Old Style, for this. As I went to select it, it wasn't there. Was it removed in the Pages update/IOS 10? I just would like to know-- thanks!

I am unable to get the Iowan Old Style font to be seen or activated by Font Book in macOS Sierra (10.12). It's sitting right in /Library/Fonts, just like it always has and validates just fine in Font Book. When I opt to install the font, I get prompted for authorization, but the font never appears in Font Book. I can install other fonts, but not Iowan Old Style.

I've tried resetting the font databases with atsutil, rebooting into safe mode. No luck.

As far as I can tell: Apple used to make the local versions of iCloud fonts selectable from within applications such as Pages, then stopped. The fonts are still used locally, but only in documents that were created in iCloud. In other words, we can select Athelas, Iowan Old Style, et cet. when we create documents in iCloud. When we open those documents in Pages, Iowan Old Style is used and also appears in the font list. But it does not appear in the font list for other documents.

I too am disappointed. I liked some of those fonts, but I never create documents on iCloud.
