No signal iPhone 7 plus

I Was able to find an iPhone 7 plus black, worked well all day went to sleep and next morning no cell signal actual message was No Service. Tried resetting network services, remove the SIM card, resetting the phone. Tried same sim in another phone and it works. Seems to be a similar,at issue to those with the airplane mode issue. Now there is no stock of the phone I want and I'm stuck with a dead paper weigh. Any ideas?

Same with me. I did everything I could - airplane mode on and off, rebooted (pressed power and home button), turned it off and on, took SIM card out, changed SIM card, upgraded to iOS10.1, etc. All didn't work. Tested at the service center and finally they were convinced it was hardware problem. They replaced it with the new device, it worked well for few days, but now I am experiencing the same problem. The crazy part is they only allow one time replacement.

I had the same problem "no service" and it goes
when I make a call and no solution for that, so I submitted a complaint to
Apple, then they communicated with the seller to refund the device. it was a
problem in the signal frequency as some devices are not working properly in
some countries, for example, iPhones manufactured to Canada won’t work good in
MENA region. so the only solution was to refund it and go for another phone.

I have the same problem. It revolves around the SIM card . Phone will say no service and I eject and reseat the sim and it returns to working. Phone has been replaced once , just yesterday actually and still having same issue with new one. Not looking forward to arguing with tech support again. Thinking about Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affaires complaint. They should be honest with customers and when they call in acknowledged the issue instead of having customers troubleshooting brand new non working $938.00 paper weights.

Part of the issue may be the model of the iPhone 7 plus. I have been researching the iPhone 7 & 7 plus as I need it for use in the US and EU occasionally. I found the international success is very much dependent on the model number of the iPhone, not the SIM card. Verizon or AT&T most likely will not work internationally and they do not use compatible models of iPhones. Even some of their older iPhones have trouble reading certain GSMs and bandwidths. This may also relate to the failure to read the 4G LTE bandwidth.

Carriers that use the 1700+ series are most likely to be compatible in EU. This is T-mobile in my area as well as in the area in EU I will be in. Metro uses a 16xx which may work but the 1700+ series reads a wider range of networks and bandwidths. So I suggest you check the tech reviews other than Apple and find which model works in the country you need it. If you still don't get consistent 4 G use, that's probably grounds to consider a different carrier or model of your phone. I am a WAZE user too even with the anv in my car so I feel for you.

Sorry to hear so many with this issue. I've seen a problem like this in 4 devices, all iphone 7s, but worse. All of a sudden the message No SIM Card appeared and only a reboot fixed it. Call dropouts, cellular signal going back and forth from LTE to 3G or getting no Service, all of these were present, alternating one with each other on two major mobile providers in EU: Orange and Vodafone.

The only way I see Apple to hurry up and fix this, is if the carriers would immediately stop selling the iphone 7 and 7+ and post a public announcement that until cellular issues are fixed they will not sell another piece...but I hardly see this happening, not in EU not in US, not anywhere.

I was sent a replacement and when it did the same thing they said I had to contact my carrier. They should be Monitoring this thread and reacting to the issue instead of ignoring it. In my household there are 3 Mackbook pros three iPhones 4 iPads four iPod touches and three second generation iPods and after the way Apple has chosen to "sweep it under the rug" it looks like Bill Gates will be getting my money in the future.
