Finding Network Utility in macOS Sierra

The app Network Utility used to be in the Utilities folder, and then was moved to CoreServices in Library. However, it has moved again. Where is the app Network Utility?

I couldn't find it via Spotlight on my machine, as per above screenshot; this is despite the fact that Spotlight has (supposedly) finished indexing my machine. And it's not in \Applications\Utilities, either:

Instead, as per the bottom of leroydouglas' screenshot, I found it in \System\Library\CoreServices\Applications\:

Once I sudo cp'd it into \Applications\Utilities, Spotlight could then find it. I presume Spotlight doesn't index the \System\ folder, which is fair enough.
