No SIM Card detected after updating iOS 10.0.1
After updating my iPhone 6s Plus, now occasionally, i get a No SIM Card detected.
I have to reboot the phone than its back to normal.
Has anyone experienced this yet?

Try cleaning the nano SIM card.
Check for wireless carrier update software.
Final resort - wipe clear and reset the entire device (after you backup on the cloud).
