Apple TV won't let me watch ABC Live

I have a 3rd generation Apple TV and it won't let me watch live shows on the ABC app. I am signed in with my TV provider (I have even signed out and reactivated multiple times), and I have restarted the entire system. When I get to the screen that lists the TV lineup, I try to click on the show that's currently on, and the light on my Apple TV blinks, but nothing happens. When I do the reactivation process, when I enter in the activation code, instead of going to the show like it normally does, it just stays frozen on the activate code screen. Any ideas about what to do? Thanks!
