My Apple ID ain't working or iMessage or FaceTime

My Apple ID ain't working I can't get messages or FaceTimes and it won't let me sign I'm signed in to iTunes and the store but it won't let use the iMessage or FaceTime

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.4

See if this helps -- If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support. If the troubleshooting steps still don't help, consider reaching out to Apple Support as per the article's suggestion.

Do you have 2 step verification set up for your Apple ID? If so, you'll need an application specific password.
