I've installed yesterday Mac OS Sierra and after Siri activation, even if i click on icon or press keys shortcut to use it, nothings happen. I also tried to change language and voice but without success.

I downloaded Sierra again and reinstalled it over the existing Sierra. After that, Siri works fine.

This has been bugging me for weeks. Re-installing did not work, nor updating to 10.2.1... Thanks Shuky!
My problem is similar, but Shuky's solution don't work. I have Notification center running (the command does nothing).
When I try to activate siri from System Settings by clicking the check box the check doesn't "stick". it gets unchecked immediately. Nor can I activate it from the icon in the dock. It seems like something is blocking it from activating. Even after the update to 10.2.2 the problem exists.
Any ideas?

It just stopped working, i tried all the various fixes here, none of them worked, but a reboot did work.
