My Exchange calendar is visible to all of my iCloud members since buying my new iPhone 7

I bought an iPhone 7 over the weekend. It was all set up, but now my iCloud family members can see my calendar which has sensitive work information on it. This has never happened before.

Are you in Family Sharing -- http://www.apple.com/icloud/family-sharing/ & Family Sharing - Apple Support? That is the only scenario, that I can think of at the moment, which will allow them to see your calendar.

Or, are you sharing this particular calendar with them? iCloud: Share a calendar with others
