iOS 9.3.5 safari crashes

Since upgrading to iOS 9.3.5, safari tends to crash often. Is this a bug? Is there a fix for it?

iPad 2, iOS 9.2.1, (Or whatever is the latest update)

its venting about a product that apple should fix since it was an "update"
