PDF view issue in iOS 10

After switching to iOS10 on my iPhone 6s, iPadPro 9.7'' and iPadPro 12,9'' I was shocked to see that a big part of my PDF files does no longer show up correctly.

I have thousands of scanned documents containing text + image in compressed PDF format. Up to iOS9, they have been displayed correctly in each and every iOS version, just as they should, and as they also do in every PDF program on my Windows 7 PC. But in iOS10, they show up with completely blurred letter lines, as if the fonts were displayed two times (text + image), but out of alignement. The blurred text is hardly readable.

This blurred text of ALL my scanned documents shows up in ALL well known PDF reading apps: beginning with Apple's own app iBooks, over GoodReader, Readdle Documents, PDF Reader or apps like PDF Expert and the likes, up to import into note taking apps like Good Notes, Notes Plus etc.

I use my PDFs in professional context, not just for private use, and this bug is a disaster and a complete no go for any professional use of iOS devices.

Will Apple take this issue serious, and can I expect an iOS10 fix soon?

Can Apple provide any workaround until then?

I had the same issue. I downloaded the free version of Acrobat's reader from the App Store. Now if I open a PDF from my mail, I tap the button for options and I can open it with Acrobat and it's perfect. I still prefer they fix whatever issue they added thinking it would be helpful without fully testing it. But for now, the work around for me is Acrobat's reader.
