Try If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
Or try DFU recovery: https://www.payetteforward.com/how-to-put-iphone-dfu-mode/.
Or try restoring on a different computer if you can.
Failing that perhaps a visit to an Apple Store Genius Bar.

1.- por mas de diez segundo presione los botones conector y el botón de activación.
2.- posteriormente se apago en teléfono.
3.- quice prenderlo y no prendio solo apareció.
4.- una imagen del conector del cargador *** una flecha al dibujo de ¡tunes.
5.- ni enciende y hace nada.
