I had the same issue on 2 mac's with Kernel panic. It seems to be caused by os sierra 10.12.4. When I restored with OS Sierra 10.12.3 the kernel panic stopped.

If you would care to start a new thread and post your panic report (2 or 3 would be good), maybe someone can identify why you were panic'ing. Many times a panic is caused by 3rd party addtions. If one of your additions does not like .4, there is nothing to say it will like .5

The panic report should have "panic" in the file name.

Did you try booting into "Safe" mode? This is a useful diagnostic when panic occur. It Safe mode succeeds, it often times also points to 3rd party additions, as they are not loaded during Safe mode

And Please post the EtreCheck output

If, when trying to post the output, you get the error:

"The message contains invalid characters"

then try posting to PasteBin.com, and give us a pointer.

.

EtreCheck is a tool to help people on Apple Support Communities remotely debug problems with people’s computers. That can be a difficult task even when the machine is in front of you. Attempting it over an internet discussion forum is extremely difficult.

Found my own Quick Fix to be able to login with only keyboard (no re-install)!

1. Shut down computer (push and hold power button).

2. Power it on and Quickly push and hold these 5 keys:

fn, control, option, command, esc(escape)

Wait and it will bypass that weird kernel panic and give you login.

NOTE: after restarting or shutting down I had to do this again to get in, so Im just keeping my computer on until MAC fixes this update.

Can you boot into Safe mode

If you can post the entire kernel panic report which you will find at:

Kernel Panic reports: Finder -> Go -> Go to Folder -> /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports

<http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2546>

<http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT200553>

The panic report should have "panic" in the file name.

And in another reply post the output from EtreCheck

<https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-6174> or <http://etrecheck.com>

Reset your NVRAM, and if you've installed some TRIM enabler software, uninstall that.

Your boot args indicates you installed something that disabled kext signing. I would imagine that software is incompatible with Sierra and is causing the panic.

After resetting NVRAM, you may be able to boot into Safe Mode as BobHarris suggested where you may be able to uninstall the software.

I'm sorry for my english. I'm from Poland. The sierra is serious software error. At el capitan system save after 4 gigabytes per day, and now you can save 50 gigabytes of data. This shortens the lifespan of an SSD. Every day Sierra stores 50 gigabytes of data ... It is a very serious mistake system that will quickly consume ssd drives. update_dyld_shared_cache process save a lot of data on hard drive...
