Apple TV vpn not streaming video

Few days ago i started to use VPN on my iPhone, iPad and macbook. Now I have problems with streaming on my apple tv 4. I try to stream on apple tv video from youtube and other websites apple tv show black screen with downloading then it back to home screen. Even when I delete VPN profile from all devices I have this problem. I don't have any problems with streaming from macbook. all this troubles only on Iphone and iPad.
