iOS 10 iCloud "Show on Home Screen" missing?

I have iOS 10 and iCloud enabled on my devices. I went to select the "Show on Home Screen" option under iCloud Drive so I could see the icon on my home screen. For some reason the option is missing? A partial screen shot has been attached to this post for reference.

On my iPad I had previously opted to show it a while back. It is still visible, but the option to toggle it on and off from the home screen is missing. On my iPhone it wasn't showing before and when I went to the menu where it normally should be it was gone. iPad is an iPad Air 2 and the iPhone is an iPhone 6. All have iOS 10 and computers have the new macOS.

Hi,

I was also facing the same problem. Here is the solution.

• Open App Store

• Search for iCloud Drive

• Get it.

So last night I did that and couldn't see iCloud Drive show up in the App Store and thought it wasn't included in the applications you can delete. Today I just went back and checked, and sure enough there it was... I installed and problem solved. Thank you very much for tuning in and providing me with a solution.

Try doing to the spotlight search again and scroll down until you see the app. It will open in the App Store. Click the cloud then click open. It should show up on your screen (it did for me).
