iTunes Producer 3.1.1 Login Problems

Good afternoon,


I am wondering if someone experimented this problem.


I can use my apple ID and password for all my devices and services without problems.

Easy to log in iTunes Connect, appleid.apple.com, discussions.apple.com, iTunes Store, iBooks Store,...


I need to use iTunes Producer to transfer my iBooks for publication.

The log in screen keeps telling me that my appleID or either my password is not recognized.


I tried with 2.9 version and also with several installations of the last version 3.1.1 to no avail.


There is no alternative to send books to the iBooks Store.


Any advice is welcome.
