Windows isn't able to install iphone driver

I use the latest version of windows 10 but not able to connect my iPhone 6 (IOS 9.3.5) to it. The iPhone works fine with iTunes but I can't find the internal memory in file explorer (as I used to connect it before in other computers). When connecting to computer, a question mark is appearing on iphone's driver in Device Manager. The driver can't be updated as it saying windows isn't able to install driver of iPhone. The same is happening to my ipad too. I followed all the ways showed in this link If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support but it didn't resolve the issue.

Can I get some help please?
