Without the details of the message, we cannot evaluate the authenticity of the message that you received - it could easily be a 'phishing' attempt.
If authentic from Apple, you can only hire a competent "cyber-sleuth" (private investigator) to track down where and who.
Thank you for your time, was very helpful. And yes, was a authentic apple message at my iPhone screen, with the map saying allow or don't allow, same as I receive before when I try in another computer or not familiar device.

but the thing here is that i didn't receive a email, was a message at my cell screen with a map, with a general location not accurate town that was trying to access, and ask me to allow or not allow as I have it on my security preferences.
I don't know if the person have my password or was just trying to access?
