This is a user to user forum and Apple is not here. There is no way we can notify the store that you will not be there. You need to call them if possible to cancel your appointment.
You need to read the thread. No one here can do that. You need to do it yourself. There are instructions in this thread, or find the email you got confirming your appointment and you can handle it there. If you cannot find it, then look up the phone number for the store and call them.

No one here can cancel your reservation. You must do that yourself, and it cannot be done here. This is a user to user support forum, and Apple does not participate here. Users here have no access to your account or anything to do with Genius Bar appointments. Contact the store you made the appointment with, or check the email you received to confirm your appointment and you can manage it from there.
First off, you should have received an email to your Apple ID confirming the appointment. There are instructions there for cancellation. You can also log into your Apple ID account and look at appointments, and you can contact the store you have the appointment scheduled with and cancel with them.
Please take the time to read a thread before you post a "me too" on it. If you had read this post, you would know that no one here can cancel your appointment, you have to do that yourself. Call the store, contact Apple support, use the link in the email confirmation that you received. There are a number of ways, but posting here is not one of them.

Please read the post before you add to a post that has already stated time and time again that posting here is not going to get it done. This is a forum for users like yourself that try to help in ways that we can and we do not work for Apple. We have no way of rescheduling the appointments you have set up. You must go to the site and cancel the appointment yourself.
The link to reservations no longer exists. You have to call the store. HOW ANNOYING. The email advising of my appointment sends me to a link that says that I do not have a reservation. Very messed up! Talked to Apple. They want all interactions to go through the store. It's the digital age going backward!
As noted in this thread if had bothered to read it, you either call the store or use the link in the confirmation email you got regarding your appointment.

According to the apple phone service, reservations do not need to be cancelled. Or if you just make a new reservation online, your original booking will be cancelled.
