If you made a Genius Bar appointment, you should have received an email confirmation. That contains a link for you to cancel. Or, you can log into the Apple Store app with your Apple ID used to make the appointment and there is a place to see your appointment and cancel there too. Option doesn't work in uk. I tried a chat with apple to cancel my appointment and they just said "don't turn up". Very poor as it's a wasted slot that could be used by another customer.
