Why is wallet is missing on my ipad
I do not see Apple Pay and Wallet listed in the settings on my iPad. I have updated to iOS 10 have not set up Apple Pay before.

Cards can be added to Apple Pay on iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, iPad mini 3 and newer.
Apple Pay is available within selected countries:

Unless your iPad region is set to one of those regions, you will not see the option to add cards to Apple Pay in Wallet:
- Go to: Settings > General > Language & Region > Region.
- If they are already correct, try reselecting the same Region Format and also the same System Language.
It is also only possible to add supported payment cards from participating banks or stores within those countries.
