I get a notification saying my apple id and number are now signed into a mac computer, all of a sudden it says I've been sending an infinite amount of messages to all these foreign Chinese numbers. Is my phone hacked? If so how? How do I stop this Im freaking out.

Change your Apple ID password immediately, preferably to a password that is unique to your Apple ID and no other account. If you use the same password on multiple accounts, this can put you at a much greater risk for these types of attacks, so you should make sure all of your passwords are unique.
