How to unblock an Apple ID for apps purchase?? It has been blocked due to attempting to answer secret questions

Hello,

Today, as I bought a gift card and loaded it on my already working account for purchases on App Store; it asked for a little verification and appeared secret questions, which due to a little inaccuracy of low case alphabet or may b capital alphabets were lacking didn't accepted to accomplish and when several attempts were made it became locked, and not getting unblocked, though I have I tried hard on it. It is accepting password normally but when making shopping online from app stores, message appearing that, I should reset secret questions, which ain't getting reset as message appearing than, "we don't have your sufficient information", how to solve this problem. It has already wasted my enourmus time. so kindly guide me or help me in exact way...
