Look up the definition of a word in Mail.app

If you right click a word when composing an e-mail, previous versions of OSX would provide a dictionary definition. With macOS Sierra it locates a wikipedia article which is often unhelpful for the purposes of a dictionary definition. Has the dictionary disappeared or is there another way to access it?
