At first, some troubles with find folder "Dictionaries". But  this problem solved here: Where is the dictionary folder in Sierra

After that I saw:

( It looks different than in El Capitan. )

In "CoreDataUbiquitySupport" folder I can't find files with .dictionary extension.  And in all system ( i used Spotlight ) I can't find these files.

When I try to add  my files  with .dictionary extension in "Dictionaries" folder - nothing happend.

Please, help me. What do I need to do?

Thanks.

I found the .dictionary files you were looking for here:

Oh, thank you. Apparently, this change in the structure of the system...

    And

    1) I can't to paste or copy  in "Assets" folder. ( Access rights are placed correctly: read&write )

    2) Even if there was access, how to add your own dictionaries? Probably nothing?

I think you should be able to add dictionaries to this folder:

    ~/Library/Dictionaries/

Are you sure you have checked the new added dictionaries in the dictionary.app's "setting". It works for me. But be warned, the current 2.2.1 dictionary.app under 10.12 Sierra crashed constantly, I don't know whether it is related to our adding dictionaries.

As usual, I don't have problems with Sierr and Dictionary.app

    My problem has two branches:

    1) I can't find  folder at first, but trevoz helps me.

    2) And my boner:  I put files with additional dictionaries in folder created by me and after that put it in  correct directory. But the right way: put all .dictionary files  directly into the root of the desired directory.

    Thanks a lot for help.
