cancel subscription option not available

cancel subscription option not available

Was checking my subscriptions and there are two that don't have the "cancel subscription" option. All the others are fine, they either appear under "expired" or those that are under "active" have the cancel subscription red button.

I subscribe to them through itunes, as all my subscriptions, so no funny "subscribing somewhere else" problem. They just have "resubscribe" options.

I tried checking through all my ios devices and the problem is the same across.

Any help?

You are sure that the subscriptions are still active in those apps ? 'resubscribe' implies that they aren't currently active, and that you are being given the option to resubscribe to them.

Yes, still active. One of them is a magazine, with current issues available to download, the other an app with a premium subscription. In the app settings it states it's on automatic renewal.

If that is the case you shouldn't get the 'resubscribe' option, try contacting iTunes Support via the 'contact us' link at the bottom right of every page on here and see if that can see what's happening and if need be, cancel them
