Safari problems on iPad Air after iOS update

Since updating to the latest iOS software, some websites are not rendering correctly in Safari on my iPad air. Specifically, www.cnn.com that I have book marked. The same happens occasionally on other websites.

Anyone else having this problem? Suggestions to fix the situation? Thanks!

My wife has experienced this problem on her iPhone 7. Quitting the Safari app like I describe below, then starting it again seems to fix the problem. Not sure if this is a permanent fix but she hasn't complained about since she followed the procedure to quit Safari.

Double click the Home button to show the screen with running and recently used apps. Each app icon will have a sample page above it. Flick up on the page (not the app icon) and the page will fly away and the app icon will disappear. This quits that app. The go back to a Home screen and start Safari again.
