How do I view all my old photos on my iCloud

im trying to see if old photos and videos are in my iCloud. How to I look exactly. Even if they aren't in my iPhone or iPad.

If you used icloud photo library, you can find them on icloud.com site, when login to your account from any computer.

If you didn't you would have to restore from backup of the device that had them.

iCloud.comon a device. Using Safari, you can tap and hold the Refresh icon (semi-circular arrow) in the URL bar until "Request Desktop Site" appears and then tap that. The ability to do things is much less than when logged in using a computer.
