iPhone - videos will not load / play

Hello,

Recently

My videos will not load on my iPhone. I click and try to play the videos but they will not play. A circular imagine appears to rotate in the middle of my screen when I try to play the video. Nothing happens apart from the loading symbol just keeps spinning.

I swear this only started happening when the latest iOS update came out.

Has this happened to anyone or does anyone know hot to fix it?

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. I can tell from your post that you are trying to play videos, but all you are getting is a loading symbol which is just spinning on the screen. These seems to have started after the recent update of the iOS. I can understand your concern about not being able to play videos. I'll be happy to help you with this.

First thing that I'd like to have you do is to force close any apps that you are using to play videos in.

Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Then go ahead and restart your iPhone.

If you are using the Music or Videos apps to watch the video, you can remove and reinstall it. One of the new features of iOS 10.
