Mail App Issue - Won't connect to server.
Hi there,
I recently updated to Mac OS Sierra version 10.12 and ever since then my Yahoo account will not log in with the Mail App on the MacBook Pro. I have no server to update or see where the issue is as it just says Yahoo (Offline) but I have continually tried manually adding the outgoing server settings but as the photos below show, there is nowhere for me to update the incoming server settings. I have tried deleting saved passwords in KeyChain, I have restarted the macbook many times using Force Quit too, and on Yahoo there is no place which helps with my current issue. I even contacted Apple Support and they just sent me to this page; Mail settings you might need from your email provider - Apple Support.
I understand I need to manually edit the server as it is not connecting but where on the Mac can I apply these changes. Further info is that my Yahoo mail account works on my iphone and on the yahoo website. But I am using a btinernet.com address, so is that why it might not be connecting? If anyone can help, I would be most grateful!
