Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store

My MacBook Pro bought on 2010 was working really slow. So, I made a back up of all my data and I made a hard reset. I am now trying to reinstall OS X El Capitan but the following message appears when typing my Apple ID and password: ¨This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store, please review your account information¨. I pressed the ¨review¨ button but nothing pops up. I can log into my Apple account thought the apple website, but I cannot find my computer registered

on the device tab.
