Hello Sergiuspneumus,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding Voice Over has been activated on your iPhone, and you're unable to turn it off. I can see how having a black screen and being unable to unlock your iPhone, can impact your desired usage. I'm happy to help.

First, try unlocking by pressing either the Sleep/Wake or Home button, then double- tapping the screen. If you've enabled Touch ID you can unlock by pressing the Home button. Once unlocked you can go to Settings > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver and turn this feature off. If you're still unable to unlock the iPhone, press and hold the Home button and tell Siri "turn VoiceOver off". If your still unable to turn off this feature, use the steps below to turn it off with iTunes:
  1. Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to any computer with iTunes installed.
  2. In iTunes, select your device.
  3. From the Summary pane, click Configure Accessibility in the Options section at the bottom.
  4. Select the feature you would like to use and click OK.

To learn more about the accessibility features available in iOS and how to use each one, visit the Accessibility section of the user guide for your iOS device.
