How do I enable MMS messaging iOS 10

I Have an iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 10 download and the carrier is with simple mobile. I don't have the MMS options anymore and my phone won't send pictures to none iPhones. Can someon help me please?

If you do not have the option setting under message settings, then it sounds like your carrier account does not have MMS properly provisioned. You need to contact your carrier and ask them to set up MMS on your account.
