Sharing iMessage Stickers

My wife purchased the Star Wars sticker pack for iMessage. Can those purchases be shared by family as well?

I just did this, go to the person’s phone that doesn’t have the app. Go to the App Store. Clicking on”Apps” from the choices at the bottom. Then click in the circular icon at the top for the current user. Then click on “Purchased”. Then go to “Family Purchases” and it should be there.

Hi nighthawk182,

I understand you have a question about a sticker pack you purchased through the App Store from iMessage. Most sticker packs are going to be considered Apps, which are available to share with Family Sharing. I checked this specific Star Wars sticker pack and it does look like this is one that you can share. Take a look at the information below in regard to Family Sharing and also the link that directs you to iTunes to where it shows under the information section if it is available for Family Sharing.

What types of content can I share with Family Sharing?

You can also locate the sticker pack via the App Store and location the Family Sharing information that was as well.

App Store

Check all apps:

Open the App Store on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Find the app that you want to share.

Scroll down to the Information section.

If you can share the app, you'll see Yes to the right of Family Sharing.

Check your previously purchased apps:

Open the App Store on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Tap Updates > Purchased > My Purchases.

If you can't share an app, you'll see Not Shareable next to its name.

Were you ever able to share this app? I've been trying to do the same with my family and we can't figure out how to do it.
