iTunes Starting when I connect BT in the car or headset

Apple, thanks for putting iTunes as a priority in the BT system. I have many friends and associates that really dislike this feature. Personally its a pain to close iTunes and then go about playing and using the BT and devices as I want. Please fix this issue. and yes it is an issue, your customers don't like it.
