hello, i have 2-step verification enabled. but I keep getting verification numbers popping on my iPhone and SMS sent with access numbers. I have changed my security key and password several times, yet I keep getting this.... any explanation how and why is this happening? does that mean hackers got access to my password, or the recovery key?
I get seriously hacked once a month. Usually I will change my recovery key and password. i know something is wrong when I start receiving authuntication codes that I did not request....
very strange! Because I have never seen an apple service that sends the code before asking for the password first. I don't think anyone has my password, unless my mac/iOS devices caught something.
That is the scary part! Somehow they are able to guess my password... I keep changing my passwords, small and capital letters, numbers and symbols...they must have been monitoring my IP or something.

If you read the article, this issues are resolved by changing your password and/or adding 2FA to your Apple ID.
You have done both.
I have the same except they have both my password and code? How do I change my code? I thought this was a safe situation?
