Is there a way to turn off swipe left/right on an Apple Mouse

Hello,

I am using the Apple bluetooth mouse. Is there way to turn off the swipe left and right with the finger gesture? I don't see anything in System Preferences.

Thanks.

It looks like you have the new Magic Mouse 2, available since October last year ... but I would appreciate it if you could confirm it has the new charging system via the socket underneath, which is where the older mouse battery cover was. If that's the case, it should run with Sierra. Have you tried to reset the SMC.

Yes, I do have the charging connection under the mouse. I just tried the SMC reset with no change. I will check with the app developer, I have a feeling they may be overriding this some how.

Ideally I could disable the all the swiping options on this mouse. When in Firefox, if I hold the Command button and swipe up or down on the mouse the window zooms larger or smaller. I can't find a way to turn that off in either System Settings or Firefox preferences.

Thanks.
