airport extreme and express yellow blinking light

suddenly my airport extreme and express are

not being found on network… both yellow blinking lights

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.3), iDVD 7.1.2

First things first: restart the computer, power down the airport extreme and restart it.
