iPod won't sync, music app crash

Hi,

So i need some help with my iPod and iTunes.

Problem started when i updated my iPod to that cursed ios 10. Really hated it, so downgraded back to ios 9.

Then my music app just started crashing. It would load, i'd click on a number/playlist and BAM it crashed and sent me right back to my home menu. So then i thought 'ok lets try and sync that ******* with itunes, maybe that'd solve it.' But nope. it doesnt even recognize it on itunes now. (previously it did, and my pc DOES recognize it).

So i tried updating to latest iTunes 12. And still nothing. I was thinking about a reset on my ipod but i can't get a back-up. (since itunes doesnt recognize it and latest back-up was on the ios 10, and i heard ios 10 back-up doesnt work on ios 9 after you downgrade it) And if i want to do a reset, i really want a fudging back-up because there are 4222 numbers on there which i dont have on my pc.

Also, **** no i'm going back to ios 10. **** that update.

So, i've already tried these things:

- Soft reset on my iPod

- Re-installing iTunes

- Tried backing up with CopyTrans (which also didn't recognize my ipod)

- Turning everything on and off multiple times

Please help me i'm really close to just throwing everything out of the window.

Ok so i updated back to ios 10 (because i really wanna have my music...) and music problem is fixed.

Still got the iTunes not recognizing my iPod problem though. But i'm gonna look at some other questions here on the community. so. I'm gonna close this discussion.

Final rant:

Apple, please. don't fix what isn't broken. It's annoying as fudge. Also. I'm never buying an Apple product ever again.

End Rant.
