Missing menu bar after upgrading iPhone 7Plus to 10.0.3

Anyone else have this issue? Sometimes after a screen rotation, the menu bar icons at the bottom of the home page (the most used ones) simply vanish, leaving a blank space. The only way to get them back is to reboot. Sometimes even a hard reset. Bug? Or is it me?
