the build model (when built/where, and as-shipped hardware spec)
and other details about the computer you have.

This one offers that information, and also a page of part/numbers.
And this could be used to get a matching part elsewhere; once
you correctly identify the build model, type, & year of your Mac.
Be it a clock/pram battery for Desktop model; or one for a Portable.
And then there also is the main power battery for a portable, too.
These require specific types, shapes, and power specs per machine series.
