Gee. Excuse my really dumb question: I was looking at the content not the title.

With the pairing of the phone/computer, did you pair both ways: phone to computer and computer to phone? That may sound unnecessary, but that cleared a couple of problems for me a while back.

I got my Ericsson phones to dial using the modem scripts in System preferences.

I have a K600i and never succeed with the scripts above. Actually, it was working sometimes after many attempts to connect.

So I've found another solution by selecting the "Null Modem" script (standard script provided by Apple) and a "terminal" command (It's easier than it sounds...).

The full explanation could be find on my site: http://athabasca.fr/tutorial/index-en.php

I've tested it with other connection (Airport) running... I don't think there is an issue with that (** twho knows).

In the menu line on top of the screen, the connection status must show (if you select the option in the menu) something like:
- "Connecting..."
then the Terminal box appears, type the command (ATD*98#) and press "return"... do NOT press the "Continue" or "Next" button (the connection fails in that case).

- then you have "Authentication..."
- then, when it's ok you have the counter.

When does it fail?
