Update 10.0.3 any problems

Hi - having had problems installing the last couple of updates on my iPhone 6 S Plus I've just received notice the above update is ready for my new iPhone 7 Plus, and am a little hesitant about doing the install.

Be grateful for any comments re good/bad installation from those who've already installed the update (it's iPhone 7 specific). I'm hoping as it's a new phone that there won't be a repeat, but I thought the same when I did the last update on my 6S Plus and it failed.

Hi. This is a user to user technical support forum. In soliciting comments and not technical support advice, you are doing what is considered "polling", which is a violation of the Terms of Use of this forum.

Apple thoroughly tests all iOS updates before releasing them. There are millions of iPhone 7+ users who have updated their software. If even 1000 posted they were having problems (which is NOT the case) that would still be only 0.1% of all users having problems. No one comes here to post that they updated without problems, just like no one goes to the emergency room when they feel fine.

FWIW, I have iOS 10.0.3 running on all my iPhone 7's and 7 pluses in my office, and no one has had issues.

Only you can decide what's best for you.

Thanks - as a user who has both asked for and given back help on here I understand what this forum is about, and that it is users on here. I apologise if I have upset anyone. I take on board your point and am pleased to hear all in your office have no problems. Just that when I installed OS10 to my 6S Plus and then then the following update I had major problems with my phone which involved several hours each time restoring the OS and the content and am anxious not to go through that again with my new phone.

Since writing the above I've established that the update was because some US users were losing call connectivity which this update was to resolve. As I am in the UK and have not experienced this I have decided not to install the update.
