Installing TechTool Deluxe

Hello,

When I try And Install TechTool Deluxe v3 I am given a folder with many items in -none of which make sense (to me!)
These are the items displyed when the disc is opened.....

Techtool Deluxe installer

System
sbin
Quck start guide

Volumes

I cannot seem to install or run the app from the disc
