The music is in your computer's iTunes library ? If not you should (if they are in a compatible format) be able to add them via File > Add To Library in iTunes.
The connect your phone and select it in your computer's iTunes (assuming's the computer that you sync the phone to, and therefore that the Mac's OS and iTunes versions are sufficiently high ; iOS 10 requires OS X 10.9.5+ and iTunes 12.5.1+), select its Music tab in, and select and sync the music that you want in the phone's Music app.
