Apps not launching in 10.12.1 after boot / first try

Hey,

I've installed the 10.12.1 update on my iMac yesterday. After reboot, many apps I had set to start automatically wouldn't launch, their icons just kept bouncing.

Right-clicking and force-quitting them, my mac told me that the app couldn't be opened. If I clicked the icon again, the app would open immediately.

So far this has happened with many apps, including Spotify, Dropbox, Sublime Text, Firefox, Chrome, Airmail.... which are all updated to their latest version. Rebooting my mac doesn't help, the apps just won't start on the first try.

Alfred 3 won't even start up at all anymore.

So far I've checked the disk permissions with disk utility, deleted the PRAM (cmd+option+p+r while booting), tried re-installing the apps... nothing helped.

The activity-log in the console throws alot of "CSSM Exception: -2147411889 CSSMERR_CL_UNKNOWN_TAG" errors. If it helps, I could post the full log, this is just an excerpt:

Hi coxorange

I would be interested to know how you tracked down Hands Off! as being the culprit?

I, too, was experiencing the same problem described here and using Disk Utility, Diskwarrior, Drive Genius and CleanMyMac did not resolve the problem. I browsed the Web and discovered your remedy. I gave it a try and it worked for me too.

Did you stumble upon the answer by trial and error?

From the developer site:

"Hands Off! is an application to monitor and control the access of applications to your network and disks. Being able to monitor the normally unnoticeable activities enables you to make informed decisions..."

I just thought, what might happen if they haven't updated their app (for 10.12.1), which has the power to stop other apps from running? "Chaos" maybe! I don't have another app in use with such power, so it was 1st choice to test.
