What's this PACE Anti-Piracy Folder w/ InterLok thing on my hard drive?

I was just in my hard drive and noticed a folder called "PACE Anti-Piracy." There's something that says iLokSupport.bundle and InterLok Helper and then a folder with languages which contains a file with a dog on it and says en-us. Anyone know what this is? It appears to have been updated in 2004, and now all of a sudden today after I opened the folder. I did have a smart key for an app a long while ago...is that what this is from?
