App Store update page blank - but says updates available

My app store shows that 4 updates are available (as indicated by number 4 in red circle over app store image), but when I click on the app store, nothing loads on the app store update page. Please see below. Everything else works on the app store (i.e., featured, top charts, etc.), but nothing will load on updates page.

I have tried restarting, reinstalling OS Sierra, signing in/out of app store, and deleting the apple store plist. Nothing has worked so far.

Five of the updates are likely, Pages, Numbers, Keynote, iMovie and GarageBand. You can update each one by searching on the Purchased pane and clicking the Update button to the far right of the name of the app.

The 6th is likely the new iTunes which can be downloaded and installed manually from here;

I have this too. Maybe Apple had problems putting up the new software announced in today's media event. Or maybe the big new "accessibility" features worked in reverse.
