when in the middle of updating OS on my apple watch i force restart it because it didnt make any progress. most probably because of a bad internet connection. now my apple watch stuck on the help screen even after i hard restart it. what should i do?

Try force restarting your watch: press and hold down both buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
