ios 10.1.1. problems

hey same as my iphone6s. It just keep rebooting.I tried to restart my iPhone and connected with iTunes to upgrade to ios10.1.1.But it failed during the update.And it is "error 9". So now, i tried to download the ios10.1 ipsw to upgrade.(Because my version is ios10.0.1),do u think its possible?(I'm haven't try it yet)TKS for helping me!

I have the same exact problem. As soon as my phone finishes updating, my phone has been turning on and off, rebooting by itself non stop.

I've been having this problem with my brand new 6s plus. I've had to do a hard reset and restore from itunes...twice. It seems to be related to trying to download apps for me. I guess I'll just make due with what I have until app wise until theres a fix.

do you have try a restauration with Itunes ? :

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If that don't work... you can try to downgrad...:

iOS 10.1.1 completely bricked my 7 plus, 10 hard resets and and 3 restores via iTunes didn't do anything, had to take it to an Apple Store where they reverted it back to the previous software iOS 10.1, I'm just going to wait till the next software update and how it doesn't break my phone.

OM - sweet momma of technology! My iPhone 6 crashed during the 10.1.1 update. So, I sat from 4:30 yesterday evening until 11:30 last night trying to get iTunes to fix. Each time i would go through the whole process only to get an "unknown error" message at the end. I just kept starting over and over and over ... until finally it reset my phone to the factory settings. Thank golly for iCloud! As a mom of two going through a domestic abuse divorce - this was scary ... NEVER AGAIN WILL I UPDATE!

Battery drains out even i have 30-35% left, when i turn on my phone screen becomes unresponsive..

I have been having issues with my LTE service, my apps only work when connected to wifi, same with iMessage and FaceTime. I didn't have known issues other than battery life with the 10 update, problems started after the 10.1.1 update. Apple please do something!

Keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet but I am and it won't update

Hi, I have solved (at least by now) all problems by installing the Public Beta 10.2

Try searching on the internet solutions with the error code, sometimes it's not that complicated to overtake some issues...
